  • Where do you deliver flowers? (Which countries?)
    Through our network of florists you can send flowers almost anywhere in the Americas and some parts of Europe and Asia. Currently, we cover most cities of Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador, Panama, Peru, Argentina, Uruguay, Mexico, El Salvador, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Santo Domingo, Nicaragua, Paraguay, Chile, Bolivia, Honduras, Brazil, Spain, Italy, United Kingdom, Russia, Ukraine, China, Canada, Puerto Rico and the USA. If you want to send flowers to a different country, please email sales@daflores.com and we will do our best to help.
  • What days do you deliver?
    We deliver every day except on Sundays and holidays. Orders received on Sundays or public holidays will be delivered the next business day. However, during peak seasons such as Mother's day or Valentine's day, we do make deliveries on Sunday.
  • What if nobody is home at the time of delivery?
    If nobody is at home when we deliver the flower arrangement, we will take it back and try again later. If the second attempt also fails, our florist will contact the recipient to coordinate the delivery.
  • When will my flowers be delivered?
    We do not guarantee a specific time of delivery, but your order will be delivered as early as possible. The delivery window is usually from 9 am to 7pm, depending on the country, and can vary depending on whether delivery is to a residence or office. In peak seasons such as Mother's Day or Valentine's Day, the delivery time may also vary.
  • How do I know if my order was delivered?
    If you want to know who received your order, please write to sales@daflores.com and we would be happy to look up this information for you. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours to confirm the recipient.
  • I forgot my password. What do I do?

  • Why should I trust daFlores with my order?
    We are the largest network of florists in Latin America, and the most experienced. We are committed to customer satisfaction. We pick the best florists and make sure that they use fresh flowers every morning. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, please let us know. We will work with you until the problem is resolved to your complete satisfaction.
  • What is the deadline for ordering?
    If you need same-day delivery, please order before 12 noon local time for the country where your flowers will be delivered. For example, if you wish to send same-day flowers to Venezuela, you will need to order by 12 noon Venezuela time. You may also schedule delivery for a specific date.

    However, we recommend that you place your order at least two days in advance. In peak seasons we recommend you order seven days in advance since high volume often forces us to stop accepting orders!
  • How do I place an order?
    It's very easy to purchase flowers from daFlores.com! Just follow these steps:

    1. Please go to http://flowers.daflores.com Click on the country where you want to send flowers.
    2. Click on the picture of the flower arrangement you would like to send to enter the product detail page. Here you will see a larger photo of the arrangement and additional products you can add to your order.
    3. Fill out the order form and click the button, 'Continue.'
    4. Choose your preferred payment method and click on the button, 'Continue.'
    5. You will see an order confirmation page. Check the details and if everything is correct, click 'Continue' to complete your order.
    6. A few seconds after placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email.
  • I am having problems placing my order. What do I do?
    If you are having trouble completing your order, please click here to contact the office closest to you. One of our customer service specialists will take your order by telephone.
  • Why haven't I received confirmation of my order?
    If it's been more than ten minutes since you placed your order and you have not received your order confirmation email, please look in your junk mail folder (Junk or Spam folder). If you find the confirmation in the spam folder, please whitelist daFlores.com by adding us to your address book. If you need us to send you another order confirmation, please contact sales@daflores.com.
  • Can I cancel my order once I have placed it?
    We would be happy to help you cancel your order with at least one full day's notice. To cancel your order please send an email to sales@daflores.com. Be sure to include your order number.
  • How do I change an order?
    We would be happy to modify your order if you let us know at least one full day before the scheduled date of delivery. To change the delivery date, please call us to check there's still enough time.
  • Is it safe to buy from daFlores?
    At daFlores.com we make sure we offer you a safe and reliable shopping experience. Our secure servers encrypt your personal information and credit card number, ensuring that it cannot be read over the Internet. We are certified by VeriSign and every day the McAfee HackerSafe service validates the security of our website.
  • Are there additional charges for taxes?
    Purchases from daFlores.com are tax-free.
  • What currencies do you use?
    All prices are given in U.S. Dollars. Quotes in local currencies are given as a rough guide only. If you buy from a country outside the United States, the payment service you use will exchange the local currency for U.S. dollars based on the day's exchange rate.
  • What payment methods do you offer?
    Currently we accept all major credit cards including American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club and Discover. If you do not have a credit card our other payment methods are:

    • Paypal: Paypal is an eBay group company, a leader in Internet payment solutions.
    • Western Union: To make your payment through Western Union, please contact us at sales@daflores.com. One of our customer service representatives will tell you how to proceed.
